Part of the success of a meditation session begins with how you set up your sitting position. If you have discomfort or feel any stress in the body, you are setting yourself up for distraction from the outset.
I will take you through some of the most common ways to sit in a meditation practice. Choose which one works best for you, but make sure you are comfortable and the body is adequately supported. Once the body is at rest, it is much easier to bring the mind into rest also.
